Euro Interiors  has been sourcing fine lighting products for the designer lighting industry for over 15 years. We now bring those services and products to homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors. Let us help you make your selections to make sure your vision will work in a functional manner.

Shipping: We have Ground and Air Shipping on every product on our site in Canada and United States. Many times we are able to maintain "free shipping" on orders over $2000 All shipments go by UPS, Purolator or FedEx please call us for more information.

Prices and Ordering: The prices and selection of the products we carry are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep our web site current, but there is always a delay from the time our vendors change prices or drop the line and the time we learn about this. Also data entry mistakes happen. We guarantee prices for all completed orders.

Payment Options: All prices and dollar amounts on this site are in Canadian Dollars. Euro Interiors accepts the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to credit card authorization. You will be notified by a Euro Interiors customer service representative if extended processing is required to complete your transaction request through our web site. You authorize us to charge purchases and ongoing charges to the credit card that you provide when you purchase any products. All credit card fraud will be pursued and enforced to the fullest extent punishable by law.

Return Policy: If you decide you do not want your purchase and want to return it, there is a 25% restocking fee (40% on special orders) and the customer must ship the product back, insured, to the appropriate warehouse in resalable condition in the original packaging.

Back Order Items: Items that are not available immediately can be processed in two ways. We can take a request from the customer, and contact him or her to process an order when the item becomes available. In this case the customer does not have any financial obligations, and Euro Interiors cannot guarantee the price advertised at the time of initial request. The other option is for the client to pay the advertised price at the time of request, while Euro Interiors guarantees the delivery of the product by a specified date; any order cancellation before this date falls under the regular rules and all applicable charges apply. The customer may cancel the order and get all of his/her money back on the rare occasion when Euro Interiors fails to deliver by the promised date.

Warranty: We sell our products under Manufacturer's warranty. Our lighting products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Manufacturer will replace or repair such items that may prove to be defective. If the product is confirmed to be defective or not to meet specifications, Manufacturer will replace the product within full accordance of the manufacturer's warranty.
Security: We understand you may have concerns about entering personal or credit card information over the internet. To ensure that information entered on the internet cannot be abused, we have implemented a security protocol called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL encrypts all information entered on our site before it is sent over the internet. SSL prevents eavesdropping and ensures data integrity during communications. Encryption is the process of taking the characters you enter at your computer keyboard and scrambling them into bits of code before transmission. The bits are securely transmitted over the internet to be deciphered when received by Euro Interiors To anyone else, the information would be unreadable.

Damage Claims: All products are shipped using carrier-approved materials and methods. All products are also carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Any damage is the responsibility of the carrier, not Euro Interiors Therefore, you must make all damage claims to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged products for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, you must accept the products and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. If damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then you must report such damage to the carrier within one (1) Business Day after receipt of shipment. After inspecting the damaged products, the carrier will determine what course of action to take. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner must be addressed with the carrier. Euro Interiors, under no circumstances, shall be liable for products damaged in shipment or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
